More FPW French

A quick post as I just managed to finish the bases for two more french line regiments, these will complete the 2nd division of IV Corps. Once again they are from Outpost / Reiver castings.

I can now make a start on some artillery for the Corps, I've 4 models prepped and undercoated. Once these are done I'll either completed the last Hessian regiment I need or the 2 regiments of cavalry for the French reserve division.

WW2 Tanks

In a slight change to the painting schedule, I re-painted a number of Soviet tanks for a game of What a Tanker, planned for Thursday at the club. These were previously done in a winter camo, but I was never truly happy with it. So back to green. I just need to add some decals when I get some to finish them off. These are all plastic Zvezda kits.

I've also got 2 BT7s and a T60 that have been re-painted. They just need to have their basing done and will be available for Thursday night.

FPW French

I thought it was about time the french got a few new units as I gear up towards our next game. First up is 2 units of Chasseurs, one of which will be added to the division I moved across from XII Corps to IV Corps.

I also added a second infantry regiment to the IV Corps second division, I have 2 more of these on the painting table to complete the infantry element of the division.

As usual all the figures are from Outpost/Reiver castings. I did have another small order that has arrived, these are already prepped and undercoated, 4 french artillery batteries for IV Corps, a regiment of Cuirassiers and a regiment of Chasseurs d'Afrique for the Reserve cavalry division. I also have another small order from Friekorps on its way with some French commanders and another regiment of Chasseurs d'Afrique. Hopefullt I'll get these all painted by the end of April along with the last Hessian regiment.
